01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and gbd11 ("gbd11", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at gbd11.app. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered through the gbd11 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms as they appear at the time of your use.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming policy, and any additional rules or promotion-specific terms published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any bonus or promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only in respect of that specific promotion.

gbd11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where a material change directly affects your legal rights, in which case reasonable notice will be provided. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on gbd11, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. gbd11 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18, regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be acting as an individual in a personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of a gbd11 employee, contractor, agent, or director, unless prior written approval has been obtained from gbd11 management.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by gbd11 or any responsible gaming organisation to which gbd11 subscribes.

gbd11 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any stage of the player relationship. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access gbd11's real-money gaming services, you must register an account. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on gbd11. If you already hold an active gbd11 account and attempt to register a second account — for any reason — both accounts may be suspended and all balances forfeited. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: gbd11 applies a mandatory KYC verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence, no older than 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. gbd11 reserves the right to suspend deposit functionality and freeze account balances pending the receipt and review of required documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. gbd11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on gbd11 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). gbd11 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of locally trusted payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit via bKash or Nagad: ৳200
• Minimum deposit via Rocket or Upay: ৳300
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: ৳1,000
• Deposits are credited to your gbd11 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically instant.
• gbd11 does not charge any deposit processing fee on its side. Fees charged by your payment provider are outside gbd11's control.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.
• gbd11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers high-value or unusual in nature.
• Processing times: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within 5 minutes; Rocket and Upay within 20 minutes; bank transfers within one business day during Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours.

Funds deposited into your gbd11 account are held in a dedicated account and are used solely for the purposes of real-money gaming activity on the platform. gbd11 does not use player funds for operational expenses or any other business purpose.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

gbd11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence in respect of that offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all gbd11 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above who hold a fully verified gbd11 account, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is a recurring or reload offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, time limit, and eligible game categories are specified in the promotion terms.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute differently from slots. Refer to individual promotion terms for full contribution breakdowns.
• gbd11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter promotion terms, or void bonus credits if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing promotional terms or acting in bad faith.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside the wagering process, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly permitted.

Seasonal promotions tied to Bangladesh market events — such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh — carry their own specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is launched. Players are encouraged to review promotion-specific terms before opting in.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

All casino games available on gbd11 are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to the rules of the respective provider and uses a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, a live dealing system overseen by trained professional dealers.

Bets and Results:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. gbd11 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where a technical error on gbd11's side demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round or a spin in a slot game, gbd11's system records the state of the game at the point of disconnection. The round will be resolved according to the game's recorded state, and any winnings due will be credited automatically.
• If a game is affected by a malfunction, software bug, or a manifest error resulting in an incorrect display of odds or winnings, gbd11 reserves the right to void all bets affected by that error. Players will be notified and their stakes returned.

Sports Betting:

• Pre-match bets are accepted until the start time of the respective event. gbd11 reserves the right to close markets at any time prior to kick-off or the start of play.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of gbd11's sportsbook engine. Odds update in real time and reflect current match conditions. Confirmed in-play bets will not be cancelled due to subsequent odds movements.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's settlement rules as published in the sportsbook help section.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbd11 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity documents, misrepresenting your age, or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing bet limits, or any other reason.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, or any other promotional benefit through coordinated play, chip dumping, or systematic wagering patterns designed to extract value without genuine play intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating or communicating with other players at live casino tables or in any format where player decisions may affect the outcome for other participants, in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with gbd11 games, the sportsbook, or the account management system.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your payment provider without first raising the matter with gbd11 support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Money Laundering: Using the gbd11 platform as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software errors, display glitches, pricing errors, or any other technical fault to gain an unfair financial advantage.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your gbd11 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be addressed. Real-money funds that are not subject to wagering conditions will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC confirmation.

Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to log in, deposit, or place bets. Suspension by gbd11: gbd11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 07
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory instruction, or court ruling requiring account restriction

Where an account is closed by gbd11 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure — including both real-money funds and bonus credits — may be forfeited at gbd11's discretion. Where closure is due to circumstances outside the player's control (e.g., dormancy), real-money balances will be returned subject to identity verification.
